In the Tzútujil language,  Lema´ means “Hilamo Tree” . We are a women´s weaving using natural dyeing association. We used dyeing techniques transmitted from our ancestors from generation to generation. We only use plants that grow around  or inside the Atitlan Lake  like coconut  husk , pericon, pepper, annatto etc.

 

We are Tz´utujil women  with an ancestral  history transmitted through  the produce´s  techniques using natural colors and dyeing. We search for our culture to become rescued such as the formal suitable for improve the standards of living of our town.
